ANKLEPANTS ORIGINAL PROSTHETIC SCULPTURE
The initial maquette was sculpted in 2006, with the final prosthetic sculpt completed in 2007. The sculpt was done on my polyester safety, in clean clay, and a two – part polyester mould which was the standard mould making technique at the time for producing a one-piece foam latex prosthetic appliance. The foam was then cast and painted using PAX paint.

Over the years, there have been several iterations of the skin, crafted from different materials. For the Just One of the Guys music video, a Plat – gel silicone skin was created using the original polyester mould. Additionally, static silicone busts were produced from the hero mould.

STOMATA SCULPTURE CHARACTER

Stomata is a fully digital sculpt created in ZBrush, designed to be a 9-piece prosthetic animatronic. The project follows a completely digital workflow, utilising digital mould making, printed negatives, along with Rhino – designed mechanics. The Face Control Suit V5 is currently being developed to accommodate the expanded servo, pump, and LED outputs required for this new direction. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.​​

HANDOFHORDEARII SCULPTURE CHARACTER

Originally started in 2017, this sculpture is set to be a fully articulated animatronic prosthetic Hand upon completion in 2025. It was sculpted in Chavant NSP and will be cast using a multi – part digital mold, with the final finish in silicone.

Also Originally started in 2017, this sculpture is set to be a fully articulated animatronic prosthetic baby completion in 2025. Although this was originally sculpted in Chavant NSP, I have since destroyed the sculpture and have begun revisiting the work digitally.

REECARD FARCHÉ THE BEAR ANIMATRONIC SCULPTURE
WORK IN PROGRESS
The Bear was the first animatronic I took on stage in 2005 and also served as the testbed for the initial control system that would later be used in Anklepants. In 2007, I sculpted a new bear mouth in clean clay and began designing new animatronics, though the build was never completed. I plan to finish the Bear in 2025 and release it as a fine art piece.
